Place the coated slice of tofu onto the baking tray and repeat the process for all the tofu slices. Make sure to leave sufficient space between each slice.

Put the tray in the oven and bake the tofu slices for about 20 minutes, until browned and crispy.

Take the baking tray out of the oven and let the slices cool down for about a minute.

Serve with a light salad of greens as a side dish and enjoy!

Alternatively, store the tofu slices in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Store in the freezer for a maximum of 30 days and thaw at room temperature. Use a microwave, toaster oven, or frying pan to reheat the tofu slices.
